Review Surface Grinder Machine for your component and the required production operation.
Compare the working range with the component
A model intended to grind flat metal workpiece surfaces with a suitable grinding wheel and hydraulic surface-grinding configuration must be assessed against the full job dimensions. Supply workpiece material and dimensions, stock allowance, flatness and finish requirement. Separate overall workpiece size from the portion processed during the operation; a single headline capacity does not describe every possible component.
Check the configuration behind the model data
Use the specification table alongside a review of table working area and travel, workholding, wheel suitability and coolant arrangement. Confirm units and the tool or fixture arrangement included in the proposed model. Grinding capacity must include workholding and wheel clearance, not only the size of the machine table. If more than one component size is needed, list the complete range and discuss the required changeovers.
Confirm the selected model in writing
Specify the acceptance requirements for surface finish, flatness and finished dimensions according to the part drawing. Ask IMC to identify the model, working range, included tooling and accessories against your drawing. Include material, batch quantities, power supply and delivery location. Select the available options and add the quantity to the Quote List. The final offer should make the configuration and application clear instead of treating the product designation as the complete technical specification.
