Review Rebar Coupler Drilling Machine for your component and the required production operation.
Compare the working range with the component
A model intended to drill and cut suitable stock into blanks for subsequent rebar-coupler manufacture must be assessed against the full job dimensions. Supply stock material and section, blank length, bore dimensions and coupler drawing. Separate overall workpiece size from the portion processed during the operation; a single headline capacity does not describe every possible component.
Check the configuration behind the model data
Use the specification table alongside a review of stock feeding, holding, drilling tools and the cutting arrangement included. Confirm units and the tool or fixture arrangement included in the proposed model. A drilled and cut blank is not automatically a finished threaded coupler; identify tapping and final inspection separately. If more than one component size is needed, list the complete range and discuss the required changeovers.
Confirm the selected model in writing
Specify the acceptance requirements for blank length, bore position and dimensions needed for later internal threading. Ask IMC to identify the model, working range, included tooling and accessories against your drawing. Include material, batch quantities, power supply and delivery location. Select the available options and add the quantity to the Quote List. The final offer should make the configuration and application clear instead of treating the product designation as the complete technical specification.
